These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter 'Terms') apply to the use of the mobile application 'DMV Driving Test - US' (hereinafter 'App'), provided through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
By installing, registering, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.
The App provides practice questions for preparing for the DMV written test in the United States. The scope of services includes:

Full use of the App requires registration. You can register via email, Google account, Apple ID, or phone number.
You are responsible for:
The App is intended for persons aged 15 and older. Persons under 15 years of age may not use the App.
With a Premium subscription, you get access to:
Available subscriptions:
Payment is processed through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Play Store account settings. After cancellation, you will have access to Premium features until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are processed according to Apple or Google policies. For refund requests, please contact the respective App Store directly.
The free version of the App includes:
Hearts reset daily at midnight. Additional hearts can be earned by watching ads.
The App content was carefully created. However, we do not guarantee:
Use of the App is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages arising from use, particularly not for failed driver's license exams or data loss.
Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, to the extent permitted by law.
All App content is protected by copyright, including:
Reproduction, distribution, or use of this content without express written consent is not permitted.
When using the App, you agree to:
You can delete your user account at any time in the App under 'Profile' → 'Delete Account'. Deletion will permanently remove all your data.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the App.
We strive for high App availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary limitations. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App or individual features at any time.
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via email or App notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
The laws of the State of California, United States, shall apply.
The jurisdiction for all disputes is California, United States, to the extent permitted by law.
If individual provisions of these Terms are invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
