- Quiz progress and results
- Learning statistics (questions answered, correct/incorrect ratio)
- Saved bookmarks
- DMV appointment countdown date
Technical Data
- Device type and operating system
- App version and IP address
- Push notification token
Payment Data: Payments for Premium subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store credit card or bank details.
3. Purpose of Data Processing

- Providing App features and user account management
- Cross-device storage of your learning progress
- State-specific DMV test content and progress tracking
- Push notifications (with your consent)
- Personalized advertising for non-Premium users (with consent)

- Management of Premium subscriptions

5. Third-Party Providers

Firebase (Google LLC)
For authentication, data storage (Cloud Firestore), push notifications, and analytics. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Google AdMob
For advertisements to non-Premium users. Your consent is obtained via the Google UMP SDK. Change settings: Profile → Ad Privacy.
RevenueCat
For managing Premium subscriptions. Only receives subscription status, no payment data.
Apple / Google Sign-In
With social login, only data necessary for authentication is transmitted.
6. Data Storage
Your data is stored on secure servers.
- Account Data: Until deletion of your account
- Usage Data: Until deletion of your account
- Analytics Data: 14 months (Firebase Analytics standard)
You can delete your account and all data at any time under Profile → Delete Account.
7. Local Data Storage
The following data is stored locally on your device:
- Login information (encrypted token)
- App settings (sound, vibration, dark mode)
- Saved bookmarks
- Quiz progress
This data is completely deleted by uninstalling the App.
8. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
