- You must cancel your subscription separately through the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android)
- Go to your device subscription settings to manage or cancel
- Deleting the account without canceling the subscription may result in continued charges
How to Cancel Subscription:
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → DMV Driving Test → Cancel
Android: Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → DMV Driving Test → Cancel
Data Retention
After account deletion:
- Your personal data is deleted immediately from our active systems
- Backup systems may retain data for up to 30 days before permanent deletion
- Anonymized analytics data may be retained for app improvement purposes
Local Data
Data stored locally on your device (app settings, cached data) is not automatically deleted when you delete your account. To remove local data:
- Uninstall the app from your device, or
- Clear the app data in your device settings
